Monk continues his Charlotte revisits with Lancaster Bar-B-Que's Huntersville location in the Historic Puckett's Gas Station & General Store where the barbecue was average but the "brisket" was... something else. Link in profile.
In this week's review, Monk visits a @scnbnc for the first time in nearly 18 years. How did he find it after 10+ years of running a barbecue blog? Link in profile.
